On May 31, 2004, Richard E L Fogerty and G James Cleaver of Zolfo Cooper (Cayman) Limited (formerly Kroll (Cayman) Limited) were appointed by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands to act as Joint Official Liquidators of Bancredit.
